JRH Business Consultancy was founded by John Hassall in 2012, inspired by his passion for business. 
 
He is supported by a team of associates, each with their own individual expertise covering specialist areas. Working from our East Midlands base as well as at client locations throughout the UK, we provide practical no-nonsense advice and support delivered by people who can truly say they have ‘been there and done that’.

How We Work 

Initial Meeting 

We will arrange to meet with you and/or your team (preferably face to face) for an exploratory meeting. This meeting usually lasts for one to two hours and is free of charge. 
 
Shortly after this meeting we will provide a written proposal for your consideration. 

Stage One 

Stage one usually comprises of four meetings. Most clients elect to hold these meetings once a month over a fourth month period, although they can be delivered more quickly if required. 
 
Once these meetings are completed most clients decide to retain our services to help them to turn their growth plans into reality. At this point stage two commences. 

Stage Two 

Stage two usually involves one meeting per month with your and/or your leadership team. 
 
During stage two we are available throughout the month to assist with challenges and opportunities as they arise.
